It was an absolute pleasure to care for Tommy. He was a very polite man, and had a genuine heart of Gold. It was clear to anyone who cared for Tommy that he was very loved and cherished by his family, and they are all as kind as Tommy was. Thinking off you all at this sad and difficult time. It was such a pleasure to care for Tommy over the years as well as get to know the amazing man that he was. I will miss seeing him sitting at the same seat in the dining room every day waiting patiently for his apron and apple juice or popping my head into his room for him to show me his bits and pieces.
